Welcome to our cozy and welcoming accommodations in the charming neighborhood of Tuxedo Park, Calgary. Our well-equipped 2-unit duplex is designed to provide a comfortable stay for up to 8 guests (family-friendly). Located in vibrant Tuxedo Park, our property is conveniently near the bus stop for easy transportation. Explore downtown, the zoo, the science center, and SAIT with quick access to popular attractions.

The duplex has a main-level and basement suite. Both units will be entirely yours. Each unit has side-by-side separate entrances. There is no connecting door between the two units.

Shared Heating and Air Conditioner:  
 Both units share a furnace and air conditioner. The thermostat can only be adjusted between 21-23 degrees Celsius (69-73 degrees Fahrenheit).  
  
Parking:  
 Free street parking is available anywhere on the street. Parking spots are not assigned. However, please be mindful not to park in the handicapped parking spaces marked by the blue handicap
