Villa ideally located 2 steps from the sea - Calcatoggio Plage de La Liscia

  • Located 200m from the beach, in the heart of the Gulf of Liscia, discover this superb villa of character.

    The villa has a wooded exterior of nearly 300m2 where it is good to live thanks to a beautiful terrace and its barbecue, its garden furniture area but also its deckchairs.
    Nothing better for meals with family or friends as well as idleness!

    For your parking, a private parking lot adjoining the house is at your disposal.

    The interior of the villa, just as charming as the exterior, consists of 3 bedrooms (two with 160 beds and one with two 90 beds); 2 bathrooms/toilets, (hairdryer) and a separate toilet.
    The living area, of 34m2, consists of a lounge area with flat screen TV; as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine).
    The whole house is equipped with a new air conditioning installation as well as a WIFI connection.
    Household linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, baby bed ...., high chair on request.

    A semi-detached F2 with independent entrance is also available available for rent (see the dedicated ad "Charming F2 close to the sea, ).

    The villa, close to the beach, will allow you to take full advantage of the many water activities such as boat and jet-ski rental, water skiing, scuba diving, sea trips...
    Due to its location, you can also discover the surroundings of the region with its many points of interest such as Sagone and its beaches, Piana and its creeks,
    the picturesque village of Cargèse, the Scandola nature reserve, classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    On the other hand, located only 22km from Ajaccio, you will have easy access to the large areas of the industrial zone. Although all the necessary amenities for daily life are located near the villa such as a mini-market,
    a postal agency, ready-to-wear fishing shop, a pharmacy and a doctor.

Very nice, clean and a bit of luxury. It has air condition in all 3 bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. The view from the terrace is perfect for sunsets. The location is near to the beach behind a resort. As the resort is wide, but only single-story and the villa is located a bit higher, there is no impact on the sea-view. The drawbacks are some noise from the resort and that the beach can only be accessed walking around the resort on either side.The beach is not crowded at all, there are bit more people on the southern end with also 2 restaurants, while the middle is very lonely.
