The main bedroom offers brand new queen and double size bed, flat screen TV, a private bathroom, closet, and views of the water and golf course. The second bedroom has a brand new queen and double size bed, flat screen TV, kitchenette, and en-suite bathroom. There is also a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer. Other area amenities include 4 different beaches close by one being Sunset Beach which was ranked as one of the top ten beaches in NC and a short 9 mile drive away, Brunswick is located a short distance to downtown Calabash which has long been considered the Seafood Capital of the world, and offers many fine restaurants, shops, entertainment, Brunswick is quick drive to Little River, North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. Very nice Condo, very quiet building in. We sat on the balcony often, nice sun and excellent view.Condo was well equipped and very clean. We were very happy with our stay. Host were terrific.

Spacious and comfortable

A light bright and very spacious condo. Well equipped and maintained, very clean throughout, very comfortable beds. On a nice quiet and safe golf community, we enjoyed watching geese wandering around the fairway! Only disappointment was we didn't know beforehand that the pool was unavailable to guests until June, don't know why that's the case, as we were there in April we couldn't use it. The listing should be updated to make it clear when the pool is open.

Watch amazing sunrises over the lagoon from the balcony of this nicely furnished condo.

We had a very relaxed visit, while bicycling around the Plantation and walking on Sunset Beach. Both sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous. The condo was very neat, clean, and nicely furnished with a well-appointed kitchen and a beautiful view of the lagoon and golf course.

Nice 2 Bedroom Condo

Terrance And Diana were great hosts! The property is as described in listing in very good condition in a good location to several beaches and golf courses. Unfortunately Hurricane Debby came through during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy everything but we were very impressed with the Hosts willingness to work with us to make our vacation as enjoyable as possible. We will definately be back for another trip as we did love the area and will definately be looking to book this property again!

Everything was perfect. The host was responsive with any inquires and on a timely basis. The beds were very comfortable. Description of property was very accurate. I’ve stayed in this complex before so love the area. One recommendation would be to fix the main bathroom shower door as it was difficult to open and close. Other than that I would rent again for sure!

Summer Golf Trip 2024

Condo was super clean and nicely furnished. We had extra snacks and beverages upon arrival. This unit has everything you want. This isn't our first-time being guests of Terrance and Diana. Everything is fantastic and they make things very simple/easy. I would certainly stay here again. Thanks again for another successful golf trip! Hope to stay again soon later this year.

Great location, amazing condo!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed for 3 weeks and worked remotely the entire time and had no issues with the wifi - while being on multiple Zoom calls, etc. Quiet space. The pool was great. About 15-20 minutes drive to Sunset beach and Ocean Isle. Downtown Calabash had great restaurants ~10 minutes away. The hosts were very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation

We were so pleased with our stay at Brunswick Plantation. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, and we loved the balcony watching nature and of course the golfers! Check in was quick and simple, and all questions were answered promptly. Our only drawback was one week wasn't long enough! Hopefully our next stay will be for 2 weeks. We're looking forward to staying here again. Thank you!!
