La casa è molto comoda e di recente ristrutturazione, vicino al mare e in zona tranquilla ; poco attrezzata sia per la cucina che per l' esterno. I proprietari che abitano vicino si sono dimostrati molto poco accoglienti e poco collaborativi per risolvere piccole mancanze della casa.
