Pause for reflection at the Veteran’s Monument, which honors the servicemen that fought in overseas wars.
Join locals on a sunny weekend and head to the one of the city’s many parks. Both Fairland Ward Memorial Park and Richie Road Park have picnic areas with covered pavilions, children’s playgrounds and wooded walking trails.
