After day 1 we went down the street to Lolita’s for a wonderful meal. Centrally located but just off the main strip enough to be super quiet. Walking distance to numerous restaurants/shops, and the beach is about 15 min. (The marina is closer.) The rooms are not large, but they are kept spotless. Staff are helpful and accommodating. The mattress was a bit hard for my taste, but that's the only complaint! (7) 1 bed rooms and (2) 2 bed rooms I believe. We had one of each. The 1 bed rooms are inside the locked gate. Outside each room is the courtyard full of plants, a fountain and a nice palapa in which you can enjoy your free morning coffee. There is a community shared mini fridge and microwave. Our bed was hard, pillows comfortable, AC cold, water pressure perfect and water always hot, and Netflix on the TV. Room size is sufficient for 2 people. Our room was quiet. We didn’t hear anything at night. Slept well The 2 bed rooms are on the outside and are pretty big. My girls said it was loud at times during the night from the dogs and the other happenings nearby. Other than that, perfect for them 2\. Downfall, no locked gate, but multiple locks Walkable. 5-10 min walk to any of our favorite spots. Sidewalks are tricky, but it is Cabo. We felt safe walking home at night. We will stay here again.
