Extra futons allow sleeping for 6. Limited A/C is available at extra charge but rarely requested because sea breezes keep the house cool. Access to 3 separate patios and bar b que. Wheelchair accessible. Walking access to beach, snorkeling, mountain biking, hiking, birding, boating, and horse back riding.
