Close to the water or fine views from up on the hill? Moanavista offers both. A private estate of over an acre at the cul de sac end of a quiet road. Featuring a 9m x 4m saltwater swimming pool, broad views over the Bay and just a few minutes drive from the pink sands of Cable Bay. Recently built in a contemporary style and appointed with entirely new quality chattels and furnishings in 2023\. Crisp white cotton hotel grade bed linen and plush toppers on mattresses with feather & down duvets: luxurious comfort. Moanavista is located in a Kiwi sanctuary, it’s not unusual to hear their nocturnal calls. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and generous open-plan living spaces full of natural light. The tiered gardens slope gently to a bush clad fringe. Lots of outdoor furniture, gourmet BBQ and a children’s playground. Full-length part covered deck ideal for alfresco dining and keeping an eye on youngsters in the pool. Location was perfect with beaches 1 minute down the road. Access to shops & food places was easy and close. The house was amazing & worth every dollar. The pool was perfect & clean, Kids enjoyed it!
