The condo offers an open, airy floorplan with expansive views from the living room and master bedroom. Coralina tile on the floors and in the bathrooms adds natural beauty to the space. No need to haul your bags up the stairs - a glass elevator provides easy access to the condominium.

Guests have access to the sizable pool, lounge chairs, and a covered patio with a table and chairs. The pool is only shared by the 16 condominiums, so it is usually all yours to enjoy!

A short walk brings you to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a lively food park featuring international foods and evening entertainment. Area activities such as surfing, kite boarding, snorkling & scuba diving, paddle boarding, kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, and canyoning will provide lots of adventure!

The complex is gated and guarded by private security 24/7. There are 2 gates - one offering easy access directly off the main road, and one from inside Encuentro town. Guests will be given a remote which opens the gates, or security can open them.

Guests have access to 1 assigned parking space. There are 5 unassigned guest parking spaces inside the complex, and an additional 4 spaces directly outside the Encuentro gate.
