« Notre deuxième séjour à Church Farm Lodge et c'est toujours au top ! Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, et très confortables (notamment les lits). L'accueil est très sympathique et on sent que les propriétaires font beaucoup d'efforts pour rendre l'expérience agréable.
Le petit-déjeuner est très bon... et c'est sympa de pouvoir commander des plats aux œufs de son choix.
Cette fois, nous avons dîné au pub à côté — The Tollemache Arms, et la qualité de la nourriture était vraiment très bonne. »

« Historic old building in a beautiful setting. Quirky but relaxing and the outdoor spa is an amazing experience.
Clean comfortable room. No refrigerator though. I was in a newer extension towards the rear of the hotel and the walls were a bit thin. I could hear the extractor fans from the bathrooms around me. But zero traffic noise. »

« Check in was the worst customer experience I have seen in many years. I arrived in front of the welcome desk, the lady was busy on her computer, she did not greet me, kept eyes on her screen for a few minutes. Another customer was waiting with me being totally ignored too and not being greeted too. Then the front desk lady looked at me and only asked “what’s the name ?” No “hello” no “sorry for the wait” no “how was your day today” only “what’s the name !” Clearly this person has not been...
