There was a not pleasant smell in the bathroom / room was not aired properly, when we checked in. The rest of the stay was excellent - from the check in to the check out. Room was clean and quiet, linen fresh, and staff very helpful. We will come back to the hotel for our wedding in May.

Lovely weekend break
I stayed here with my two kids and I had really good time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is situated in the city center within walking distance to most tourist attractions. Food is really nice. I really recommend this hotel.

Me and my partner been to this Rezydencja Sowa couple of times but this time we had our terrace which had amazing views👍 definitely coming back to this hotel.

Quite a good place to stay. I personally would recommend having some earblockers as windows are quite thin or just not very good soundproofing. I did plan to sleep until last minute, but loud bass sound and somebody shouting to a microphone woke me up 6:00 AM… and continued for an hour…

Reasonable price, and the room quality was atleast 4 star if not 5 star. No 24 hour reception but I have no problems with this. Great location, next to the main square with tons of food restaurants and local sights to see.

Surely the best hotel in the area by miles
One of the best hotels I've stayed in anywhere, to be honest. Great, modern rooms. Spacious enough, with an excellent bathroom and fantastic air conditioning. A very friendly welcome from the reception staff whenever we came and went and perhaps the best breakfast options I've found in a hotel. We didn't use the terrace or the bar (even though we had a free welcome drink - just didn't have time), nor the spa, but I would imagine they were all great, as everything we did use was terrific.

The Hotel is only a year and a half old, the rooms are bigger than average European hotel rooms. The staff were amazing, friendly helpful and made the checkin process smooth! Breakfast was just amazing very good and not just your typical hotel breakfast. I am very satisfied and will definitely stay again!

We have been travelling around Poland for 3 weeks and this wa draw best hotel we have stayed in. The rooms are beautifully appointed very clean and service outstanding. The food especially breakfast was to die for. Very highly recommended stay here don’t go anywhere else

The center of the city I liked, I dislike the finding the entrance to the place and the price of the parking is externem for the city of Bydgoszcz.

Wunderschönes, neues und modernes Hotel im Zentrum
Ein wunderschönes neues Hotel mitten in der Stadt mit dem Weihnachtsmarkt vor der Haustür. Großzügige und schöne sehr moderne Zimmer mit tollem Bad. Das Frühstück war a la Carte mit kleinem Buffet und war sehr lecker. Ein solches Hotel hätte ich nicht erwartet gerne wieder.

Es ist eine tolle Unterkunft. Super sauber, neu, top gepflegt. Die Lage ist der Hammer. Alles fußläufig erreichbar bzw. sehr kurze Wege. Super gepflegter Saunabereich. Das Frühstück hat mich umgehauen. Selten so ein leckeres Frühstück gehabt. Wenn ich für diese Unterkunft einen sechsten Stern vergeben könnte, würde ich es machen.
