The hotel is near a bus stop. A Hospital is right across the hotel. there is a market BIM near the hotel. Very quiet neighbourhood. 10-15 minutes walk from the metro station. but u can take the dolmus.

Serilen nevresim takımında yırtıklar vardı. Yataklar ve odalar temiz değildi. Valizlerimiz odalara çıkartılmıyor. Otelde kalmayacak kişiler tarafından odaya çıkarılmasına da izin verilmiyor. Arabamı tamir ettirmek için 1 gece konaklamak zorunda kaldık. Sabah 07:30 kahvaltı saati olduğu söylenmişti. Uzun süre bekledik kahvaltı ortada yoktu. Sorduğumuzda da elemanlarının işe gelmesinde sıkıntı olduğunu, hazırlayamayacaklarını söylediler.

Berbat bir hizmet. Sizin aracılıgınızla otelden rezervasyon yaptırdım fakat boyle bir hizmet olamaz. 19 euro sizin konaklama bedeli ama bizde 33 euro oluyor konaklama bu parayla sizi konaklatamayız dediler. Biz internet satısına kapatıyıruz oteli dediler boyle bir rezalet olabilir mi bu terbiyesizlik değil de nedir ??????

Otel bildiğin pis. odalar büyük otel büyük ama işletme sıfır. yastık başlıkları lekeli, nevresimler pis. uludağa yakın diye kaldık uludağa kuş uçuşu yakın ama dağa çıkmak için yarım saat dağ yoluna kadar yol gidiyorsunuz.

Aile odası geniş fakat odalar arası kapı yok temizlik fena degil.... Ama daha güzel olabilir Di.. Kahvaltı vasat durumda idi... Klimaların pilleri bitmiş odada bulunan su ısıtıcı berbat kokuyordu... Recepsiyon daki arkadaşlar yardımcı oldular sagolsun lar... Birde odanın telefonu çalışmıyordu....
