My biggest gripe is that every single thing is extra. When you pay for a nice hotel you expect some things that you don’t get in a mediocre hotel but here if you want it you have to pay for it (bathrobes to use in the spa facilities - extra, coffee or tea in your room - extra, breakfast - extra, hair conditioner - not even available, vanity kit - free but you have to order it, minibar items - yes you expect to pay for these but not trudge down to reception to use a vending machine or go to the bar). It’s a shame because it’s otherwise very nice but maybe it’s more geared to people who are staying here on business and don’t mind paying for a few extra things that their company won’t pay for." The area surrounding the hotel didn't seem like it was too great of an area, with run down buildings and graffiti. The third floor rooms were tiny but unique with these second floor bedroom.
