7.2/10 Good! (1,905 reviews)

There were crushed crackers all over the room floor, stains on one of the beds, a dirty microwave, a toilet seat that wouldn't stay up, a tv that had a non working remote (we asked twice for help with it and finally gave up), the in room coffee maker didn't work, the key card was hit or miss. The front staff seemed overwhelmed and not helpful when we asked for help with extra towels and help with the tv. The side outer door was taped so it never latched and anyone could just walk in Overall, for the price, it was a place to sleep, but not one I would choose again, especially with kids
