Our Pool House

We love our indoor pool house and hope you will be able to experience all the joy it brings to us. The pool is indoor, and heating is possible for year-round swimming (8ft/4ft)
For sleeping, we have a Master Bedroom with a King bed. The Queen bedroom has a Jack and Jill bathroom that is shared with the Bunk Room. The Bunk Room has two queen beds, in which one queen bed has a twin bed over the queen. The Game Room has two full futon beds. The office has a daybed. This home will sleep 12 comfortably.
Bathrooms: The Master Bedroom has a large jacuzzi bathtub with a separate stone shower. The Jack and Jill bathroom has the toilet and shower/bath separated by two spacious sinks. The Powder Room is a toilet and sink only.
Our Game Room has a 75” TV with two HDMI ports. There is an Office with a daybed which is quiet and a good distance from the Game Room.
The kitchen has the basic tools for cooking, pots/pans/utensils, etc. There is a toaster, toaster oven, Reverse Osmosis water for drinking, a Keurig dual machine for both coffee pods and drip coffee. We are working to add more to entice the best of cooks.

This is a great house!! My family stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and couldn't have been more pleased. What fun to swim in our own indoor pool in Lubbock in November! The pool table was also a big hit. It's obvious that a lot of thought has gone into making this not only an entertaining place to spend a Lubbock vacation, but also a very comfortable one. For example the bedding, including the pillows and comfy throws were top quality. The kitchen had everything that you could possible need. We have stayed at numerous rental houses through the years, but this one takes the prize for the best-equipped ever! Thanks--we hope to stay again on another Lubbock trip!!

Quick trip to Lubbock

Made a quick trip to Lubbock and wanted a different experience. This property was definitely worth the stay. Unique property with pool, quiet neighborhood and close distance to everything you could possibly need. Every ask was accommodated. Owners have gone above and beyond supplying the property with welcoming snacks, games, to toiletries. Don’t hesitate in booking this property make memories.

AMAZING HOUSE!!!

Arrived and walked into the house and was blown away... Spacious layout, end of cul-de-sac road, excellent bedroom choice AND the POOL!!! The kids fell in love with the pool and the adults! When in Lubbock, we will try every time for this location! Excellent communication from owners and plenty of offerings in the house and close to shopping for Walmart, Krispy Kreme and other stores.

So Relaxing!

The property was just as described! There was plenty of space for the 9 family members that stayed here and plenty to keep everyone (ages 14-80) entertained. Of course, the pool was the highlight! We felt at home

This was one of the most beautiful VRBO that we have stayed out. We stayed with our family and friends. We have not seen in 12 years. It was large enough to where we felt. We had our own space, but also cozy enough to feel like we were at home or at our friends house. It had everything he would need if you were staying at a friends house or at your own home. The beds were extremely comfortable having the pool was amazing for the older kids. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

All was good at the home Did gsve plumbing problems but after rearrange We made it fine. Fsmily enjoyed the inside pool and the gsme room was great fir kids to get away from older adults. Good place for families who need entertainment inside!

Overall there was plenty of space for us to be. The master room and other queen room had super comfy beds. The pool was the highlight of the trip because it was close to one million degrees outside so my nephews and us spent most of our time in the pool (not actually, 100 average), but that meant the air conditioners struggled to keep up with the heat. Like the owners said, they are working to make the kitchen more cook friendly... so we did some heat up meals and basic cooking, but most of the cooking essentials you need are there!
