My stay was great

The staff here are really insolent, and full of hubris for this to be a three star hotel. Very unprofessional. You’d be better off not staying here in my most humblest of opinions.

I like the fact that check-in went very quickly and smoothly. I like the fact that the grounds, the entrance, the lobby, and the room were very clean. The air was excellent in the room The hallways and the elevator leave a lot to be desired. I did not like the fact that there were some fairly standard room amenities not there. I’m referring specifically to appliances with a charger port for phone and iPad, light fixtures that don’t completely light up the room, pillows that were far too soft, and bathroom water pressure in room 301 that was below standard. All in all, a solid stay that would have earned a four if not for the basic amenities that business travelers require. I think those are all fixable if they decide to do so. Thanks.
