« Bon hotel avec spa et autres services que nous n avons pas utilisés. Belle chambre avec toutes le fournitures avec un balcon vitré avec vue sur les rochers. Juste dans la salle de bain, le vitrage de la cabine de douche ne ferme pas correctement et donc l eau sort. Il y a 2 restaurants, le plus grand ou l on prend le petit déjeuner est bien décoré et l autre on a dîner mais ce que je n ai pas apprécié c est le fait qu il fasse traverser une salle fumeur pour y aller »

« Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel flambant neuf, la première le jour de notre arrivée à Sofia et la deuxième la veille de notre départ après avoir parcouru le pays. Comme nous étions cinq nous avons bénéficié d'un duplex au 8ème et dernier étage. L'hôtel est à 1/2h en voiture de l'aéroport et à 20mn à pied (ou 5€ en taxi) du boulevard Vitosha, centre vivant de la ville . Il dispose aussi d'un parking pour 10€ la journée. »

"Personnel de la réception ok mais chambre pas propre ! Les murs sont de peintures blanches avec des traces marrons/grises comme si un chiffon sale avait tenté de laver les murs. La douche n'a pas été lavé depuis un moment, le carrelage était glissant de crasse et le joint sous la porte de douche a laissé des traces marrons sur l'une des serviettes qui était tombée. La boîte de mouchoires à côté du lavabo avait de vieilles traces de giclures de dentifrice. Très décevent."

"My stay at the Grand Central Hotel in Sofia was a solid, average experience that met my basic needs. The location is quite convenient as it is within easy walking distance of the city center, and the breakfast provided was a highlight of the morning. While the rooms were clean and very affordable, they felt a bit dated and lacked modern touches. Additionally, the rooms were quite small, and the immediate area around the hotel felt slightly shady, which might be a concern for some travelers"
