Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Never go back again. When I booked via your website showing on the near the city Centre only 1.4mile but wasn’t too close. We need to drive over 30 minutes to there and not to the property that was the reception of the check in. And also we have to wait someone to guide me to the property.
So the location of the property and the distance showing on the Apps. It is totally wrong. Misleading customer.
We’ve been the property which wasn’t ready to let the people stay that we had to wait to change bed linens, lighting…etc. no toilet rolls , no water from the basin no shower gel …..how can show 2.5 star?
