Breakfast room homey, coffee made to order, great selection of hot and cold items. Can you imagine cheesecake for breakfast! Rooms clean & comfortable. Aiden and Cecilia who worked evenings most helpful with directions, etc. Within 2 blocks of Hop on Bus and other tourist areas. Check in is 3pm - had to purchase another night as we arrived around noon. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again.

Just a gem of a hotel tucked away in a very safe area which is close to shopping, parks and a myriad of sites. The Casa is a small hotel which offers you a great space for relaxing, cooking or just hanging out on the bonus roof top deck. Although there might be other more affluent hotels offered within the same footprint, the attentive 24hr staff and great hotel facilities make this a must for the conscientious traveler. This was a fantastic hotel in a great area! The staff were amazing and went out of their way to accommodate and help in every way. We had a complimentary wine tasting and bottle of wine in our room. Today when we checked out it was my birthday and they brought me a piece of cake which was so sweet. They would be a great group to teach other places how to provide excellent value and service. Loved this place! Will definitely return !

Walking distance to city centre and local sites and shopping.

This hotel was an easy walk to many of the cities highlights. Our room was large with double sinks in the bathroom as well as a large shower compartment. The staff spoke better English than most of the places we encountered while in Argentina and, without fail, all were helpful with recommendations, travel arrangements, etc. We would not hesitate to stay there again. The only minus was the chairs in our room (and we had seen this comment on other reviews). We mentioned this in our review...

Fantastic location! Close to many great spots in BA. Quieter than staying in Palermo SoHo but you don’t give up the vibe and accessibility to restaurants, wine bars and coffee shops. The staff was awesome! The breakfast offering is also very good and again, staff was awesome

The staff are so nice as well as the hotel, including the pool. Rooms with a joining are unfortunately a bit loud though - you can hear people next door easily.

This was an excellent hotel choice in Buenos Aires. The staff bent over backwards to be helpful, booking events and dinner reservations for us. The hotel provided a real home environment. The pool and living room area were in an excellent location to relax after a busy day and enjoy a drink. The breakfast was excellent

The staff at the hotel provided an amazing customer experience. The rooms were incredible comfortable. The breakfast was great and if they didn't have something you could ask. They were also incredibly accommodating to gluten free options.

Great hotel at Casa Joseph, we loved staying in the Palermo SoHo area. The hotel is clean, modern, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, at a reasonable mid-range price. We had mini kitchenette with fridge, which made breakfast and lunch in suite easy. The manager Gabriel was awesome - his English is excellent, to compensate for my very weak Spanish, and he came up with great suggestions of local restaurants within walking distance, and helped us arrange taxis and transport, money exchange,...

Enjoyable stay. Our last night in Buenos Aires we stayed here to explore as much as possible about the city. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good location and food. One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. I would recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Buenos Aires.
