Fire pit and theater room were enjoyed! One of the 2 larger beds (queen or full)- was a firm memory style bed-very comfortable-the other was less comfortable due to the mattress cover that was waterproof and crinkly. I wasn’t able to get the living room fireplace to work-could be that I didn’t know how to work it or the remote needed fresh batteries. The toaster didn’t work (and yes, I turned it on). But it was quiet and nice! —just know the heat is in 2 rooms of the home-so to stay comfortable-bedroom doors need to be left open when sleeping (we were there with 30degree nights)-extra blankets are in the closets of each room.
