Fire pit and theater room were enjoyed! One of the 2 larger beds (queen or full)- was a firm memory style bed-very comfortable-the other was less comfortable due to the mattress cover that was waterproof and crinkly. I wasn’t able to get the living room fireplace to work-could be that I didn’t know how to work it or the remote needed fresh batteries. The toaster didn’t work (and yes, I turned it on). But it was quiet and nice! —just know the heat is in 2 rooms of the home-so to stay comfortable-bedroom doors need to be left open when sleeping (we were there with 30degree nights)-extra blankets are in the closets of each room. We feel they need fans in the bedrooms because they were stuffy and the air conditioning from the other room didn’t reach into the bedrooms very well at night.
