"Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. An alles für einen entspannten Urlaub wurde gedacht. Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom Geschehen..Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto…Ein unglaublich schöner Ausblick..Die Übergabe war gut, da die sympathische Frau nur italienisch konnte , mit Händen und Füßen. Aber hat geklappt. Ich würde sofort wieder hinfahren."

"We really enjoyed our stay there😊The property is clean and comfortable. The beach is awful and really large - only a few minutes to walk. Budoni itself is a typical tourist village. You can buy your groceries there within walking distance and there are a few restaurants."

Hotel was a decent price for end of September however the food was terrible, food was cold, undercooked so it’s a great hotel for a base but not half board wise. ### Club Hotel Marina Seada Beach

"We had an excellent two week stay at the Club Hotel Marina Seada Beach. The hotel is very attractive with all buildings blending sympathetically into the surround pine forest. There were crickets / cicadas singing when we went which added to the ambience. The whole hotel was immaculate. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. Food was excellent both in terms of choice and quality, and all the chefs did a great job. One could have a whole meal with the antipasti alone, let alone the choice of pasta dishes and meat / fish. There was an abundance of all sorts of fresh fruit at every meal. The beach and sea were lovely, with warm, clear water all the way down to several metres. The sea was very suitable for children with it being calm for almost all of our stay. There was some seaweed when we went (end July, start of August) but nothing that spoilt the swimming. There is also another beach a short walk through the pine forest which was equally as good. The recreation in the hotel was good with tennis, petanque, mini golf (5 holes) and table tennis on offer. We quite appreciated that the equipment was left out for all to use with no need to book or ask reception for the gear. The only bit of improvement was that playground area could do with some renovation. All staff were very kind and diligent and were only eager to help."

### Peaceful house in seaside resort at only 100mt far from the beach

"The property was as expected from the photos and description, and the AC works very well. The space is adequate for up to 4 people although there was only one mug. There are plenty of plates and cooking pans, you will need to buy all the groceries you need as well as toilet roll and washing up liquid and hand soap as there was none available when we visited (small things but good to be aware of). The beds were comfortable, just remember to bring your own bed linen and towels unless you wish to pay an extra charge which is not specifically stated in the description. As others have mentioned, the swimming pool for your use is not the one in the photos and it is difficult to find. On our stay there were works going on so it looked as if it was cordoned off, but through communication with Mrs Lina we worked out how to access it (you have to go left at a tree along a grass path) plus you will need to ask for a pass. This Mrs Lina sent through quickly but it would have been easier if it was provided rather than needing to be asked for. The pool is clean and there is a lifeguard. The directions to the property and how to access it were excellent through videos and maps being sent through a few days before our stay.The area is a quiet residential area and you are opposite a woods and a few minutes walk from both the nearest beach and a sandy one. There are no shops within walking distance so in order to really appreciate your stay in this lovely location you will need a car."
