When you rent a Treehouse, the entire space you rent is private for you including hot tub, deck, and firepit. The units are split with privacy walls outside. \*\* | 1 King Bedroom / 1 Bathroom | Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, and K-Cup coffee pots | Hot Tub | Outdoor Gas Grill |Outdoor Fire Pit | Suite Style Layout | Stone with Wood Mantle Gas Fireplace in Living Room | All four units can be rented as a group at a discount Restrictions To keep the setting in this building a bit more serene and private, we restrict occupancy to two people only and do not allow any pets in these units. Special Mention Although these are attached units, we have taken several measures to keep these units private from each other: 1\. Each unit is fireproofed, which also has the benefit of additional soundproofing, yet respect that others are near is warranted just as if in a hotel room 2\. Landscaping design keeps the outside area of each unit separate. 3\. Separate parking and walking paths to units 4\. Outside wood wall dividers Resort Amenities Our Resort property features a number of outdoor areas for your enjoyment. The Yard is the center of our Resort. There, you can find a gorgeous view, seating, a group fire pit, a bocce ball court, corn hole, ladder ball, horseshoes, and our signature logzebo with a bedswing. Additionally, we have an onsite hiking trail that leads to the playground and our Eco Park which features a waterfall and a custom mountain laurel bridge. Firewood for one night was supplied. Enjoyed the hot tub. Bed slept well. Cozy cabin in a beautiful location. Comfortable bed, good tv, mostly stocked kitchen, relaxing hot tub and great deck with a view. Gas grill a plus. I wish I could give this place 5 stars, but… Upon arriving, we learned the water had to be turned off because of nearby construction of some kind (so no running water for cooking, flushing the toilet, showering, etc). It was turned off and on again for the first 2 days we stayed, which included construction workers walking back and forth through the “backyard” constantly which was a bit unsettling. There was no starter toilet paper or extra towels for the hot tub (finally had some delivered after calling some number multiple times, but the lady who “helped” me was rude). There was only one wine glass. The provided coffee mugs were too big for the pod coffee maker. I reached out to the vrbo manager for the unit several times and never heard a word from him. ##### Katherine B. We would love to have known beforehand that we shared a common wall with another unit (wasn't 100% clear to me; thought they were independent units), and would also have loved to have a few more household items available, like extra blankets in the bedroom, aluminum foil or ziplocs in kitchen. It was exactly what I needed and was looking for to get away from my crazy, busy life! We stayed in Treehouse D, and it was splendid. We had the entire place to ourselves the entire time, so it was peaceful and quite. There is so much detail and extras put into the cabin. In fact, the entire place! We were in the hot tub every morning and evening. We sat out by the fire pit after returning from hikes and looking at property. We discovered so many surprises as we explored the property. There are hiking trails within the resort, some leading to waterfalls. The Yard at the very top had amazing views, games, and large swings you could literally lay in and drift off the sleep. I cannot say enough about this little gem, and we will definitely be back!
