The AC/Heat unit remote was dead, so we couldn't turn the heat up (or on for that matter). It was set to 75, but was blowing cold air which means it wasn’t going to work regardless. There was dirt in the sheets of the beds, and the front door didn’t lock. We have small children and they weren't able to sleep so we weren’t able to stay. We literally had to sleep in our full clothes, shoes, and coats plus turn the oven on and leave the door open just to get it bearable enough for the kids, who were piled under every blanket we could find, to stop shaking. I sent all of this to the host via VRBO messaging and asked for a cancellation and a refund, and have yet to hear anything back. ##### Sebastian B.
