Aggieland Vacation Rentals requires guests to be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. As a locally owned and operated company, we give you peace of mind that your reservations are always protected and secure! The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. Guest MUST digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. Booking guest must be 25 years or older to reserve and digitally sign the Booking Agreement. 1\. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home. 2\. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating / cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. 3\. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person. 4\. Guest Responsibilities: All of the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises. 5\. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited. 6\. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property. 7\. Pet Policy: Pets are only allowed in our pet-friendly properties with prior approval from both the Booking Agent and Homeowner. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is required. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in the yard, neighborhood, and nearby parks. Additional details can be found in the Pet Addendum. 8\. Parking: Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 9\. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. 10\. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. 11\. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Move grill to an open area before each use. Do not use the grill under the porch or soffit of the home; put it back in original position and clean it after each use. 12\. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper (1 in each bathroom) and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., tooth paste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.). 13\. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in dumpster per the City of Bryan/College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed. 14\. Secure The Property: Close all blinds and shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property. 15\. Events: If Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added. 16\. Pool Rules: Follow all rules posted at the pool and a copy of the rules are at printed and inside the Welcome Packet at the residence. NO GLASS CONTAINERS within the fenced pool area. Pool key must be left in the property on top of the welcome booklet, if it cannot be located after your checkout date $20 will be obtained from your deposit. 16\. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. This house is so cute and well maintained.we needed a place to stay during the remodel of our house. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 dogs for the month. Kitchen has all the necessities and we cooked almost every night. My husband was able to work from home using the guest bedroom as his office. The house is just as advertised. We enjoyed a day at Messina Hof but most of the weekend we just enjoyed relaxing at the house. ##### Maria H. The BBQ Pit was out of propane and the grill was very dirty. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. It was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog to stay during the Thanksgiving break. Furnishings were nice, beds were comfortable, yard was large which the dog really enjoyed. Kitchen had lots of pots, pans, utensils, etc. and they were the "nicer" stuff - Calphalon pans, OXO kitchen tools, Keurig, etc. The only drawback was that the house is located at the very front of the neighborhood near a somewhat busy road. I'm a light sleeper, and I could hear the cars throughout the night. Being a light sleeper, I always pack earplugs, so I slept fine once I used them. ##### Dana O.
