#### Beautiful and quiet!

It was very comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do! I would definitely stay here again. Recommend for families with children. The yard was large and the children had plenty of room to play outside and it is far enough off the road that it’s safe for them to do so.

The house was nice and clean.. the yard needed a mowing but wasnt horrible.. its located in a quite area which is a plus... the house is very roomy.. only spoke to owner threw msg and they seem like nice people. Thanks for letting us stay with you guys

#### Beautiful home....but extremely dirty

The bathrooms were beyond filthy. The kitchen had bowls of rancid grease/gravy left under the counters. Upon arrival we tried to contact the owner. She was out of the country. We met her Father who was delightful and understanding. Apparently a substitute cleaning service had been used, unfortunately they were not remotely up to par. We could not find another place to stay at that point. We were assured that we would be refunded half of our reservation cost. So, we cleaned and stayed. Trusting this was just an honest mistake of genuinely nice people getting bad service from cleaners. The house is beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. I truly believe our situation was not typical . We have used vrbo for years and never had an experience like this .

#### Great house for a family

We had our two grown children, their spouses and our two grandchildren staying with us. The house was great for that size group. We enjoyed the outdoor living space on the porch. It was great for coffee and conversation in the mornings. It is only about 15-20 minutes from the beaches at Jekyll Island. We look forward to coming back again!

#### Peaceful setting and lovely home

Plenty of space & great 1st experience with vrbo! Almost everything as described online, and what wasn’t quite perfect was not a big deal. Kids absolutely loved it! We were 3 days into vacation , having atarted in Atlanta the 2 days in Savannah. So after car ride & spending those nights in 3 hotels this was a wonderful change. We spread out and settled in, and had no issues. Minor issues; yard hadn’t been tended to or mowed in a while and fenced area for animals wasn’t actually ready for any animals. We didn’t mind the walk to petting zoo. Kids loved it... worked it in for about an hour 1st day & last day. Otherwise we did Jecklyl and St Simons. Also....the back door issue mentioned in review in March still not fixed. Property was also a little further than everything then mentioned in overview. Good 25 min to St Simons and an hour to Savannah. Reminder for those not from area you have to pay for entrance to Jeckyl. Regardless of these minor things, it was the perfect place to unwind and our family would go back!!

#### Great rental property!

Great house for 4+. House and property was very pretty and had great amenities including separate ice machine, jacuzzi bathtub and awesome shower in master bathroom, fire pit on back porch, and outside play sets for kids. Never met owner in person (out of town while we stayed) but she answered my phone calls every time and was very helpful with questions. There was a property keeper/manager who showed us through the house and was helpful with questions we had as well. Property was close (5 min drive) to interstate and 25 min drive away from St Simons island beach access. Would recommend to others. Didn’t get a chance to visit petting zoo but seemed like a great idea. Only down side would be house had few dirty corners, found a single AAA battery and nerf bullet under master room bed; but overall beds, sitting spaces and bathroom was clean. Also back door from kitchen to back porch locking mechanism didn’t seem to work. Didn’t bother us too bad as surrounding area didn’t seem too “rough” but was brought up by people who stayed with me. Again great rental property and would stay there again if I ever visit the area again.
