The staff is awesome! They are so accommodating. Iwas staying here on a business trip through the whole 4th of July weekend. My wife and daughter came to visit. My daughter brought here little dog, and they were totally understanding about the situation. Very cool staff!

The rates were great. The room was clean. I was in town for the weekend running bowfishing guides on Lake Brownwood, and needed a place to stay. I was worried about my gear possibly getting stolen, but these folks keep a real close eye on things. I was very impressed. I will definitely be staying there again.

The stay was great. Quiet & Peaceful. Had trouble getting the TV going as I didn't have a clue as to how to find a channel. I called the front desk and the gentleman came right away to make sure that the channels were working. He got the problem solved and made sure there were no issues. Thank You Sir.

I have stayed there once before during multiple bowfishing guides at lake Brownwood. The staff is very helpful, rates are great, and security is pretty good. My second stay was good, and I have already booked another stay there for next weekend

The price was well worth the room. I always travel with Clorox wipes so I did wipe down the table in the room as it had stains on it and the air conditioner needed to be wiped down as it had a thick layer of dust on it, too. But nothing a quick wipe down could not take care of. The front desk clerk at check in was super nice and friendly. The next morning housekeeping knocked on our door to ask if we needed anything and we asked for extra towels because the room only had 2. The guy refused to give us more without us giving him the dirty ones. My husband told him there were 3 of us in the room (mind you, my daughter and I each use 2 each) and the guy still refused to give us more. Also, we could not get the television to work or load any channels the entire 2 days we were there. I was going to call the front desk to ask about it and the phone was just a prop. It had no power to it. Thankfully, we had our laptop and just watched shows on there. We could hear everything going on in the rooms next to us, but turning on the air conditioner fixed that. Other than all that, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean enough, and we had no other issues. We would definitely stay again if ever needed.

This is an older facility that has been remodeled. Room was clean, location was great, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The bathroom in our room could use some updating but was ok. For the price we were quite satisfied.

No access to enter lobby to check in. Had to stand outside at small window in the 100*+ weather. The photos of the room online were misleading! The trim on the overhang in front of our room was hanging down and blocking our doorway. The management came after we were in our rooms to repair it. Not sure why they didn’t put us in a different room? Towels were threadbare and had a terrible smell. The room was very dated. Only positive was it appeared clean.

Overall, a waste of space. Charged more than quoted; the listed pool has been out of service for probably years, and the clerk said it was listed as such on Expedia (it was not and is not); ceiling fan so close to window it’s actually cutting the drapes in two, and the light must be on to use, which doesn’t serve a purpose at night; room was 90 degrees when we arrived. Took 4 hours to get the room to a temp I wasn’t sweating. Stay away.

I made a reservation a month ago and when I arrived I had to wait three hours before I could check in . There was hair around the toilet where it wasn't cleaned properly, hair in the bathtub and hair on the sheets. Sheets were dirty, clothes from a previous guest were left in the dresser drawer and the microwave was dirty.. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying at this motel.
