Surrounded by breathtaking bushland views, the light-filled living and dining area is enhanced by folding glass doors that welcome in the cool sea breeze, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow and the perfect setting to unwind. Polished wooden floors and crisp monochromatic styling give the home a fresh, elegant feel, while the open-plan kitchen showcases designer pendant lighting and quality finishes throughout. Fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, and even a convenient front-loader washing machine, the space offers everything you need for a comfortable and effortless stay. Key Stay Information Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Lounge Room: Sofa Bed This property offers self-check-in. One set of keys is provided per booking. If you require additional keys, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, a call-out fee may apply. Access is provided via either a smart lock or a secure lockbox located on-site. Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest. Guest Registration & Verification: All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community. Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly. The house contained all amenities required for a restful stay, and was comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. Cleanliness was an issue. The bathroom shower and floor need a good scrub. The oven tray was dirty, and covered with blackened food scraps, and the crockery required washing before use. The upholstery was marked, the coffee tables covered in glass rings, and some of the curtains and blinds need repair. I did not notice in our initial view of information on the property that we only had access to the top floor and would be sharing the address with others, although this was not an inconvenience at the time. Access was up a very steep flight of stairs, and this may have impacted our decision to stay had we realised when booking. Despite the issues listed above, we had a very relaxing few days, directly opposite a beautiful beach (although the water cannot be seen from the house due to the vegetation wind barrier). ##### Pauline Stayed 2 nights in Apr 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### Bridget P. Jan 10, 2026 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy We loved our stay at Beachfront Bliss Broulee. It was simple but had everything we needed. We spent allot of time on the balcony relaxing, eating, or just hanging out and listening to the birds in the trees or ocean. The position was awesome right across the road from the beach. We loved the idea of the outdoor shower which meant you were sand free before you entered the place. There are stairs to enter the premises that didn’t bother us but wouldn’t be ideal if you had young children or had trouble navigating a steep incline. Also there is a pretty narly dog next door that barks at you when you enter or leave the premises. If you are scared of dogs this also wouldn’t be ideal.
