This is the ideal place to stay within easy travelling distance of both Torquay & Dartmouth. The view from the front of the house is breathtakingly beautiful. We spent hours simply watching the fishing boats & yachts out in the bay. There is a small patio garden out the back with a fishing pond, table & a parasol which is great for having a meal in the sun. I would recommend this property ##### peter a. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because the matresses on the bunk beds weren't great - my kids could feel the springs. There isn't a dishwasher in the house, but it gave the kids good training in how to clean dishes manually! Loved the view over harbour and sea from the front windows. Back garden was also small but clean with a nice picnic table. The position and off road parking was also a big plus.
