Relaxing waterfront property with own jetty and magnificent views

  • Amity Palms 1 is everything you see in Amity Palms 2 with the exception of the rear bungalow and is available for holiday letting during LOW season. So if your need is for only 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 guests in 1 x Queen bed & 2 x single (which can be converted into a king if needed) then you can save on your waterfront holiday. But if you require the extra Queen bed and/or 2 Single and a trundle bed in the bungalow then you still have the option during LOW season to include this with the main house for an extra fee.

    During school holiday seasons the property is let only as a whole (house + bungalow) - see 'Amity Palms 2'. This is one of the most popular holiday rental properties at Amity Point with its secluded absolute waterfront location with private jetty. It is also fully fenced, so pets are welcome.

    Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: have been a regular for many years,house always clean,but this year a few thinks need attenion,jetty needs attenion,some switche mechs not secure in plates,stench from septic was costant,stove knobs not operating propley,tiny tv,not one to normally whinge,for the cost,oh could do with a new BBQ, old one rusty and falling apart,little things,

Enjoyable stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in an amazing location, right on the water with its own jetty, great for fishing and dolphin spotting. Everything you would want and more is in the kitchen, didn’t need for anything which is unusual for a holiday let. The main bedroom overlooked the water and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the deck and spent most of our time out there. The property faces the west and could get quite hot, I would not recommend staying here in the height of summer.
