Having 2 bathroom a was a plus. The property is in an area where everything is easily accessible. Like shopping , dining and good for families. Great views and everything you need / want s close by. The unit appeared a little tired. The roll down blinds in the unit were in very bad condition, including mould on the blinds especially in the master bedroom. Property is squeaky clean, open living makes it easy to keep clean & tidy. Quiet at night time & located close to all local amenities for socialising, accessing services and minutes from shops such as chemist, woolworths even if your just walking. Noticed that it is also suitable for people requiring wheelchair accessibility which is not always considered for some accommodation options.
