Looking for location and lifestyle? This is it! Set in a newly developed high-end complex (with an outdoor pool) only 5 km away from Brisbane CBD, this 3-storey townhouse is sleek, modern and well-configured to suit families and corporate groups. This townhouse is a real gem in the short term executive Bulimba market.

\- 3 bedrooms ( 1 Queen, 1 King/2 singles, 1 twin) with BIRs, 2 with ensuites, luxe central family bathroom

\- 5km to CBD, close to eateries, bars, shops, public transport  
  
The space is sophisticated and minimalist in presentation and well-equipped for both comfort and convenience, it’s right on point. It is set over three levels, offering a unique and perfect option for our clients who want their privacy.   
  
The ground level houses the tandem remote controlled garage and laundry and access to a bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite. This has access to the outdoor courtyard.   
  
Upstairs on the first level is the dual aspect open-plan living area. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is sleek and modern with Gas. On one side of it sits the dining suite and to the other is the lounge room with a comfortable sofa and smart TV. Off the living area is a generous balcony with further seating and ceiling fan, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a pre-dinner drink.  
  
Upstairs on the top floor are the other two generous bedrooms. The master has a Queen bed and a luxe ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, and the other contains two singles or a combined King with topper (on request). Both have BIRs and are generous in size.There is a second bathroom on this level with a bath, making a total of three full bathrooms!  
  
From the top floor you can see down to the landscaped pool area next door, available for your use, along with communal seating and BBQs and herb gardens. Ducted A/C throughout ensures your comfort.  
  
The property is thoughtfully decked out, including a fully self equipped kitchen with quality cookware, crockery, cutlery, glassware and bakeware. Quality linen and bath towels are provided. For local renovators, professional relocators and families finally reuniting for extending periods, this property is ready to go. Just pack your bags and move in.  
  
Bulimba is a residential area, just 5 km north east of Brisbane CBD, on the south side of Brisbane River. It has a thriving community and offers visitors much in the way of entertainment options and accessibility.   
  
The ferry terminal is just a few minutes walk away - enjoy exploring Brisbane from the water. Oxford Street is only 10 minutes walk, with its vast array of eateries, bars and a cinema, as well as a Woolworths and other shops. Alternatively catch a bus to the city in half an hour to explore all on offer in the centre of Brisbane. There is also a park and golf club just around the corner for those after more active pursuits.

#### Bulimba property stay

The house was great location and convenient for a family. The basin in the downstairs ensuite was broken in two places - large. Despite there being ongoing back and forth with the property manager on text for staying there and checking in - when I text to let her know that the basin was broken I received no response which was disappointing.
