It was quite noisy but that's not what bothered me. I woke up in the middle of the night covered in bug bites all over my arms legs and even on my face. My wife and I left in the middle of the night to just wait for our flight at the airport. Please do not go to this property! Advance warning, i have bug bites from the bed and also a video of them as well as the stained sheets, or lack of! Its disgusting and filthy. Location excellent is all. Never again! In fact it should be banned from accommodation sites as it gives them a bad name for listing it! Honesty, its rated 3 stars (which we understood not to be that good) but i wouldn't give it a 1\. For 10 rooms there was only ONE toilet and one bath. Some of the rooms are twin or double occupieds. Rooms only had bed as furniture. TV watching will crack you neck as you had to do it from your Bed. Noice from road to next room mornings.. walk in the corridor to continous leaking taps and grinding blower. Aweful smell in common areas with so called 10 parking slits where 4 been blocked by broken cars adds spice. On Good notes Fridge in the room Bed mattress is comfortable Fairly clean room. Working silent AC Reception.. that guy has been in the position for years and treat all like the same guys who walk in with a chick for quick session. He seems to have a tempered mind that all who come to the hotel try to cheat him and get an advantage.. Location.. I had a great view of the river. When booking keep in mind, this is a budget hotel. The rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures. But has a fridge and a tv. There were no kitchen facilities. The bus stops are just across the road to take you to all areas of QLD.
