Accommodates 4-5pax easily. Within walking distance to amenities like Toowong Village, train station, bus-stops and boat ferry point. Cons: The unit is old and due for a refresh. Stingy with basic amenities. Was given 4 trash bags and a small bottle of dish detergent half full for a week’s stay. As unit was facing the road, traffic noise is apparent. Majority of the kitchen appliances and oven were dirty. Had to give some of them a good scrub before using them.
