The room was in good, clean condition. Lounge was old and uneven, sunk to the middle, making it uncomfortable to sit on. Bedding was comfortable. Parking fee should be included in the price, not extra $15.00\. Only problem was the air conditioner was extremely loud and we could not run the one in the bedroom at all due to the noise it made. I was in Brisbane needing to move between Southbank and Boondall (Brisbane Entertainment Centre). The two rooms we stayed in were clean, kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, stove top, microwave, toaster, electric kettle etc, plus washing machine and clothes dryer, and the garbage chute on the floor to dispose of rubbish.
