The sheets were not changed, After many phone calls a cleaner was contacted, we asked that we be present when the cleaners returned as we had our items left at the property, when we arrived back at the property, the cleaner and her, male partner had let them selves in, he was washing the mop in the kitchen sink, which had Delph in the sink. ! The cleaner was very angry that she was called to clean the property, and said it was not in her area! Her male partner told me to F off when I asked him who he was! The whole confrontation was horrible and very upsetting. The balcony was full of dog hair and had a very bad smell of dogs, we had booked for 7 nights. We were so disappointed. ##### Paula Hunt H.
