Don't recommend, the room I was in had a strong smell of mold everywhere & that mold was visible in the bathroom, it was noisy outside with the doors & windows closed, so having them open for some fresh air wasn't an option either. Zero sound insulation, could hear people constantly walking outside my door & parking? There is 5 spots, so if you miss out then it's street parking only. Unfortunately, we had the noise from a screaming child around midnight was frustrating and just when you thought it was done, it started again. went on for a while. Bright light from the lobby comes streaming through under the door was intense to. A great place to stay if you have things to do in Chermside. Quiet, well located and friendly. What I didnt like was it was very noisy especially late at night.
