If you need to check out after 12pm, an extra HALF DAY rate will be charged through Airbnb and the payment must be made on and before the night you check out for your request to be approved. Because the location was so handy we were able to access, up town, botanical gardens and southbank all within walking distance ( maybe 20 min to southbank accross the river). ##### Paul S.
