Air conditioning in our room didn't work and the room was very hot. I contacted the front desk about this and they said they would send someone up, but there was no change to the situation, and I heard nothing further from the staff. The front desk was also closed a fair portion of our stay over the weekend. The room also smelt odd, there was a clumb of something weird half squashed into the carpet, and one of the beds was made with a mattress protector instead of a duvet. The pool was very nice, however the spa and sauna were both cold.
