Could hear every single word guests at next room spoke. It's noisy and spoilt the atmosphere. Staff didn't show friendly and no smile to the guest, only seen 1 staff with friendly smile. Staff at ground floor should be alert to do the table cleaning after guest done with dining. The empty plate and leftover food were there for quite some times and cleaner pretended not seeing it, receptionist sat there do nothing.
