Perfect in single room for solo traveler for a couple of nights Room is quite small but the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is really good.Very close to the beach and staff are attentive and helpful especially at reception. Will stay here again next time in Brighton.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay in a twin room with a seaview on the 3rd floor. Great location, there is a lift note it is very small and old fashioned. The room was very clean and had plenty of hanging and drawer space. Unfortunately there were no vegetarian alternatives at breakfast.

Stay two nights, room is ok clean and some sea view, good breakfast, only on second day, they just give new towels but for soap etc nothing so stay only one night is value your money NO WI-FI in room

Nice full breakfast. There is no air conditioning, but there are fans if you need them. Excellent location by the beach. The main issue is that the WiFi only works in the lobby which is not necessarily quiet.

Location 5* (Partial sea view) but nice. Excellent breakfast. The reception (14/08/2026 - around 5 o’clock) check in wasn’t that helpful at all. To be honest not friendly/polite, and made me walking through the stairs, with a silly excuse lift not working and I find that, 15 minutes later the lift was in perfect working order. I am 71 years old and I didn’t see any effort or compaction for my not visible disability. A part of that, every thing else was comprehensive and acceptable. Many thanks indeed. Cesar

The hotel needs updating but shower was clean and working fine. Staff were really helpful, there’s a self serve breakfast. I’m disabled and they helped me with everything. My sink would rain but they dealywith it straight away. It’s close to all amenities and the beach. It was a reasonable price. I would stay there again

First impression was that the public areas are presentable, and the check in was quick with extremely friendly, welcoming staff. However the rest of the hotel is very dated and needs some attention. The room was very warm and windows did not open, which would be an issue in the warmer summer months. It was however clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location.

This was my second time staying at the beach hotel and I will certainly be returning again. It’s a fabulous hotel for the price charged. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms may be a little dated but the beds are comfortable and the standard of cleanliness is very high. The breakfast was excellent and service was faultless
