« Un très bon endroit pour passer une nuit lors de notre périple jusqu'en Ecosse. La chambre était très confortable, et très calme. Le restaurant était plutôt agréable avec une remise pour les résidents de l'hôtel. Juste une petite chose à savoir, l'hôtel n'est pas situé à Doncaster, car le GPS nous a amené dans la rue qui porte le même nom à Doncaster centre ville. Un excellent rapport qualité prix pour la chambre familiale »

" On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
