From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, cared for, and truly on vacation. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The butlers were incredible! They were professional, accommodating, and always available to make sure we had everything we needed. Their service really took the experience to another level. I HIGHLY recommend staying on the bungalow side. If you’re thinking about booking a bungalow DO IT! The experience is spectacular and absolutely worth it. It feels more private, peaceful, luxurious, and exclusive, and it made our vacation even more memorable. The resort itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service was excellent. We truly enjoyed ourselves and created some wonderful memories here. "Our stay at Sonesta Hotel & Resorts Livingstone was phenomenal! We originally booked a 3-night stay, but we loved it so much that we decided to extend for an extra night. We booked an apartment for the three of us two adults and our 10 year old and it was very spacious. It came with a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook, though we chose to eat out every evening at one of the restaurants along Jan Thiel Beach. Strolling along the beach at night and enjoying great conversation together was amazing. (If you prefer to stay on-site, the hotel also features the Mondi restaurant). We included the daily breakfast with our booking, which was great, and the overall service was top-tier. A special thank you to Dania at the front desk she was always cheerful, smiling, and ready to help!"
