Great location for exploring the Alps, breakfast was delicious (pastries in particular), and the majority of the staff was nice to me as an English speaker. Despite concrete walls, there were some noisy neighbors on a couple nights (as late as 1:30am on a Sunday) but that’s hotel life. We arrived during the hottest days and the office staff was so gracious they let us borrow their office fan. There was a big storm that came through that disrupted the whole town but their service didn't waver. Thank you so much for everything! We had a ‘glitch’ with a third party booking agent, and the front desk individuals patiently and proficiently worked to make proper corrections. Thank you!
