The beach chairs, umbrella and towels and access to one of the BEST beaches in AMI. Amazing food is all around you, and some of the BEST coffee are beneath this hotel. What more could ask for? Shopping? Oh yeah they have that too! Our room was spotless, the staff was TOP notch and it was not a budget buster. Take an uber from the airport and you will be BEGGING to extend your stay!"

"The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. Parking was easy since there are assigned spots for each room. Great location and within walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining and the pier. Very quiet area especially when sleeping. Clean pool and grounds were taken care of. The only negatives are the sandy floor of the room and they never emptied the trash, only made one bed which is how we even knew house keeping had been in our room."

"Perfect location. about 6 beach chairs and 10 beach towels.If you have 10 people and plan to cook good luck. Kitchen has an OK amount of items just not enough to cook daily for 10 people. Also the ice maker can not handle 10 people using ice in Florida. Minor complaints. I bought ice a 5 minute walk away and we just went out to eat.Super easy checkout. i suggest asking rental what their checkout package is because this house you fill dishwasher and take out trash. done. Other places ask you to do too much."
