"Ryde Inn is well located on Victoria road, it's close to Top Ryde shops and only 20 mins from the Airport. The hotel room was large and comfortable by modern standards, it is quite old and a little dated, slightly tired, this is reflected in the tarriff. Generally is was clean although not spotless. My room was close to the highway and did have a chemical odor at night coming from outside through the bathroom extractor fan. I closed the room off at night so I could sleep. Victoria road is a major arterial road so if you have a front room you can hear the traffic. The bed was ok, a little tired but a pass. The bathroom was small but the shower had plenty of hot water, easy to adjust and great pressure from a large rain water shower head. Soap, shampoo and conditioner is supplied by dispenser which is practical and easy. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are on offer which is nice. Staff were friendly, happy and helpful. The buffet breakfast was adequate, good quality and value. The hotel has plenty of parking with is free with the room."

However, my son lost his keys and when we tried to call them to arrange to get the keys back, my husband tried to call them alot and the phone wasn't answered always went straight to voice mail and no one called back. I can only assume that my sons keys are now gone. Make sure you check your room so this doesn't happen to you."
