Looking forward to seeing you:) \## Logement Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it comprises : \- three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds; \- a fully-equipped kitchen \- two shower rooms; \- a lounge to relax in after a day's walking. \--A spacious balcony to overhang Briançon and observe the Prorel ski slopes. Facilities include: Wifi, Parking / Garage, Hairdryer, Television Television (180-channel decoder), Dishwasher, PRM access, Washing machine, Terrace, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. Important Information: The apartment is located in an area currently undergoing development, with a building under construction directly in front of the property. Work is carried out during the day and may cause slight noise disturbance, especially when on the balcony. However, with the windows closed, no noise is noticeable inside the apartment.
