3-room apartment of 74m², rated 2 stars, for up to 6 people located on the ground floor in a well-maintained residence on the legendary road of the Col de l'Izoard, on the route of the hiking trails leading to the forts of Briançon.   
  
It consists of two bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, a well-equipped kitchen with access to the loggia, a living room with TV and 2-seater sofa bed, opening onto the south-facing garden.   
Parking in front of the residence. Decorative fireplace only.   
  
The advantages of this two-room apartment in the mountains: Located 3 minutes from the center of Briançon by car and only 10 km from Cervières, a small authentic village, explore the Fonts valley or the Col d'Izoard which constitute magnificent routes and offer a wide variety of landscapes!
