The property was poorly maintained, several amenities were unusable, and the overall experience was frustrating. I would not recommend staying here.-The listing advertised garage parking, but it failed to mention that the garage entrance is very low, making it inaccessible for many vehicles. The owners are aware of this issue, as they even include a “joke” in the condo guide about guests avoiding damage to their cars, yet this is not disclosed in the listing.-The hot tub was overfilled to the point of overflowing, making it impossible to use without causing a flood.- After finally finding the remote, we could not figure out the fireplace, the guide threatened a 200 fine for misusing the fireplace, wasn't worth the risk.-The hot water ran out after only two showers.- The dining space was poorly arranged, and we could not eat together as a family of four.-The coffee maker was broken upon arrival, wasted money on K-cups.-The WiFi info was outdated, requiring us to contact the property manager for updated details.-Walls had multiple scuff marks, gouges, and dirty duvet cover in master bedroom, dirty dishes due to checkout rules.Positives:-Kids’ room, included bunk beds and an Xbox that our children enjoyed. -The mudroom was great for hanging wet things and provided a good drop off space.-Communication was timely with the owners, but it was annoying to have to need to ask questions. ##### Tina B. We have been to Brian Head once before so we were familiar with the area. We did arrive late at night and snow had been falling the previous day and night. It was a little hard to find the home at first but the owner communicated before hand about detailed directions so that did help immensely. The home is lovely. Great spot for kids and walking steps to the lifts, if you already have your passes/tickets. This place would also be great in the summer! ##### Jessica C. I was very pleased with the quick and kind responses I received whenever I had a question or needed to communicate. Absolutely appreciated the owner and his kind assistance so much!! Were a family of 5 and there was more than plenty of room for all of us. The rooms are spacious and the living spaces are very comfy. There are 2 balconies to enjoy the gorgeous views from, but the BEST view off the balcony is while your sitting in the jacuzzi. We got a foot of snow while there and it was so beautiful all covered in white. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could possibly need and a full size laundry room/mudroom off the garage entrance makes being able to enter and wash up a real ease. There is a huge selection of movies to enjoy and all the toys you would need to play in the snow. There are 2 routes we took to get to the condo, one goes down to Parowan and the other goes down to Cedar City and both have breath taking views. So, I did, and there was an issue. It was beyond the homeowners control... Bad previous renters. Josh was amazing! He went above and beyond to get it repaired for our stay. It was a little too far to walk to the Giant Steps lift, but a quick drive with easy parking at the lift. There is also a shuttle stop near by with a number you can text for service. The kitchen was very large with a ton of countertop space. Two car garage with easy access to the condo. We have stayed in Brianhead before and had to carry loads of stuff on multiple trips up 6 flights of stairs, so the fact that we just parked in the garage and unloaded everything was fantastic. When we first arrived, we were excited to jump in the hot tub, due to a fairly substantial winter storm. However, when we took the lid off the hot tub, the water looked like that green milk you can buy at Star Wars Land in Disneyland. Pretty knarley. The thermostats were also broken, and the third floor quickly rose to close to 90 degrees F, leaving us little choice but to leave the windows and doors open all night to regulate the extreme heat. The rest of the place was pretty nice, although it does need a deep cleaning. Also, the dryer in the mud room does not work. It turns on, but the heating element is clearly out. How are the cleaning people washing the sheets? They have to bring new sheets and towels every time, so they should know about the broken dryer. Overall, it seems like this might be property the cleaning crew has been somewhat neglecting, maybe due to the weather being difficult? Regardless, when you pay $600-$800 per night (with fees) for a property, you do not expect these issues. I don’t wish to be overly difficult in this review. But if you’re going to label it and charge for it as high end, and if it fails to meet that standard, you should expect some tough reviews. ##### Brian M. Beautiful and comfortable property! Close enough to walk to the bridge and lifts that go to either Navajo or Giant Steps (not from main lodges). Mini. Hot tub was a great way to end the days. We were two families with little ones (9,5,2) and the bedding situation was good. The condo had so many great kitchen supplies/tools/utensils that it was easy for us to eat in every night. Bring a few extra bath towels because we did only have 6 total for 7 people but thankfully there were hot tub towels available too. ##### Leyla M.
