Trailhead Cottage was a big part of what we enjoyed during this years visit. Communication with Heidi was easy. The cottage was nicely stocked, very clean, comfortable and private. Everything we liked to do was close by: walking along the Davidson River, drinks at the Hub and dinners at Ecusta. Short drive to Ingles for groceries and best of all was the proximity to our favorite trails at PNF and DuPont. It was immaculate, had everything we needed, and was conveniently located to literally EVERYTHING we wanted to do—hiking, horseback riding, and Sliding Rock in Pisgah; tubing on the Davidson River; hiking and cycling in Dupont; and exploring Downtown Brevard. Heidi was extremely responsive and very helpful with information about the locations of various activities. I especially appreciated the bike stand and bike washing station at the property.
