This apartment has a total area of 90m2 with its private relaxation space featuring a Cocoon Lounge Spa to offer you a moment of relaxation and well-being during your stay. Street with free parking and free "Kerfautras" car park 5 minutes walk from the apartment.



Completely renovated with its private space equipped with a shower and a large spa to enjoy a bubble of relaxation.



If you wish to slip behind the stove, you will find a large functional and fully equipped kitchen, open to the living area.



Finally, we provide you with a quality WIFI access thanks to fibre. This very high-speed network will notably allow you to spend a cosy evening in front of Netflix, Prime Video, ... via the applications present on the television (accessible if you have an account).



In less than 30 minutes, you can discover the most tourist spots of the Pays d'Iroise: the islands of Ouessant or Molène departing from the charming, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet, explore the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit the Saint Matthieu point, the Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest.
